Sam's Club Development

Worked with the developer in the platting, zoning, site design and construction staking of this 20 acre development.The project included new concrete surfacing, curb and gutter, signs and sidewalks. In addition to preparing plans, Buesing and Associates provided the topographic and survey, storm drainage, and a site study. Our firm also generated traffic reports and design plans for new turning lanes to the site.
