With nearly 25 years of practicing the art and science of engineering, we have grown and expanded our professional offerings, while maintaining the same core values that our company was founded upon when Ken Buesing established the firm in 1985.
In the early years, Ken wanted to create a practice that was connected to the community. He purchased office space on Locust Street in Dubuque, Iowa and hired the recently retired City of Dubuque Engineer, John White, to join the firm. They worked on smaller projects and continued to grow the business. When they outgrew their existing space, Ken purchased the historic Scott house next door and expanded the offices.
As a civil engineering and surveying firm, we take pride in the knowledge and experience of our staff, and our commitment to living and working in our area. We share a rooted sense of community.
